Service Breakdown Engineer – Full time

 

We are looking for a Service/Breakdown Engineer to join our team.

 

This is a permanent role working full time between the hours of 8am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

 

On offer is a competitive salary plus the opportunity to do overtime during peak times and a company PDA and van will be provided.

 

A large majority of our work is within 15-20 miles of our office, keeping travel time to a minimum.

 

You must have at least 3 years experience and NVQ2 qualifications.

 

Daily tasks will in include;

  • To undertake duties such as reactive repairs, servicing of boilers, diagnostics, work on gas appliances and associated works.
  • To issue notices and certificates required by the relevant regulations relating to gas safety.
  • To attend appointments as scheduled and instructed.
  • To adhere to manufacturer’s instructions when servicing, repairing or installing appliances.
  • To provide information to allow records to be updated following service and Testing and issue Landlord Gas Safety record using electronic or manual documentation.
  • To manage stock from Authorised suppliers, materials required to undertake works through our system

Full Time Admin Roll

 

Job Title: Administrator

Role Type: Full Time/Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30 (1 hour lunch break)

Annual Salary: £22,500 – £24,000

  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Creating and booking jobs via our booking system
  • Generating quotations and liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Generating purchase orders
  • General admin support / duties

 

Experience:

  • Excellent IT abilities and understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Confident and polite phone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Fun, energetic and team player attitude
