Amazing service! The two plumbers who came to replace the boiler were courteous and polite, efficient and tidy.

I contacted B&K for a quote and Matthew came to the house discussed with us what would suit us and our house and we decided to go ahead with the installation. The team sent to do the work, Dan, Dylan and Jack worked well together, and kept us informed of what they would be doing. My husband was particularly impressed with Dans plumbing skills, all the pipes in straight lines and the joints neat. Lewis and Dan arrived Friday to help with the radiator fitting. At the end of each day our house was left tidy with old fittings etc taken away.

B&K were able to install the new boiler after only a few days and it was fitted quickly using the existing pipework, pump etc. The engineers were very helpful and tidy.

Excellent service. The engineer talked through the whole process as he went along. He showed me the difference between the old parts and the suggested replacement parts. B&K replaced our ageing boiler and 8 Radiators over 3day period 2-4 August23.
Old gas supply line also had to be upgraded to accommodate latest boilers. Worcester Bosch chosen.
Also, small supply pipework to new radiators required due slight difference in radiator sizes to old removals.
Hamish, assisted by Ellis, completed the work to a very high professional standard, involving us in any additional work required decisions to our complete satisfaction. Very impressed with B&K workmanship.
Boiler problem just before Easter Break but still they managed to get it seen too. Jason was amazing, he examined thoroughly tracked problem down and resolved it for me and then checked that the rest of the system was all OK. He was polite, very knowledgeable and thorough. Have used this firm for many years and have never been let down yet. Thank you once again.
We have been having problems with our underfloor heating and Simon from B&K came round to check the problem. He quickly found the mixer valve was not working properly and soon had it fixed. He was very thorough and we were impressed with his pleasant disposition. I have used B&K for the last 7 years and have always found them excellent.
I wanted to use a local business and I’m so glad we did, B&K Boilers were great right from the start with a full site survey and they planned everything. Quite brilliant service. Came out within minutes of call to boiler breakdown. Identified problem within 30 mins. Said they would come back 3 days later to fix, but actually came 2 days later – that’s service – and all fixed within 1.5 hours.
