My very old boiler finally packed up at 7am on the 8th of November. By 11am that morning an engineer had called to assess the situation and quote for a replacement. The full quote was received one hour later with a promise that the new boiler could be replaced the very next day – unbelievable, I was expecting to have had to wait days if not weeks. I contacted B&K for a quote and Matthew came to the house discussed with us what would suit us and our house and we decided to go ahead with the installation. The team sent to do the work, Dan, Dylan and Jack worked well together, and kept us informed of what they would be doing. My husband was particularly impressed with Dans plumbing skills, all the pipes in straight lines and the joints neat. Lewis and Dan arrived Friday to help with the radiator fitting. At the end of each day our house was left tidy with old fittings etc taken away.
We are very pleased with the end result and with all the staff from B&K from start to finish, very polite and friendly.

B&K replaced our ageing boiler and 8 Radiators over 3day period 2-4 August23.
Old gas supply line also had to be upgraded to accommodate latest boilers. Worcester Bosch chosen.
Also, small supply pipework to new radiators required due slight difference in radiator sizes to old removals.
Hamish, assisted by Ellis, completed the work to a very high professional standard, involving us in any additional work required decisions to our complete satisfaction. Very impressed with B&K workmanship.

At very short notice, B&K provided what I considered a fair and reasonable written quotation to remove and install a boiler in a second floor flat based on emailed images I sent them. They installed the boiler within two days and at the very last moment stepped in and arranged a supporting subcontractor when my contractor failed to attend. Exceptional customer service, excellent work ethic – all within budget.
